Religion and spirituality are distinctly different concepts, which are often treated as synonymous. While religion is an aspect of diversity that can be quite divisive, spirituality is universal and can bridge differences. This distinction makes it possible to introduce this critically important topic into the classroom and to maintain an open-minded, scholarly, and secular focus. This webinar explores teaching strategies that can be used in any university course and the rationale for doing so.
