The JIVE team is excited to announce that we are accepting submissions for the 2025 issue! This will be the second issue published by the Journal of Interactive Veteran Experiences (JIVE) and will feature the incredible work of Texas State University Veterans and military-affiliated undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. This year, we are also opening our submissions to Texas State University affiliated faculty, staff, alumni, and family members or close relations who are Veterans or military affiliated.
The JIVE is partnering with the Veterans Alliance of Texas State (VATS) to host these “call to submission” and clinic events. The storytelling clinics will be a combination of introduction to resources and sharing circles designed for Veteran and military-connected student, staff, or Alumni participants to begin thinking about their submissions, or simply to have space to open up their personal narratives.
