Description:

ESCALA is the only teaching program in the country that focuses on increasing Latinx student success in Hispanic Serving Institutions. Texas State faculty participants who attended both the ESCALA teaching workshop and long-term coaching on culturally responsive instruction will discuss what they learned from ESCALA and how they have incorporated what they learned into their classes. Faculty will also learn about opportunities to attend ESCALA in 2022. This workshop supports the university’s goal to promote the success of all students.
