Description:

This workshop will provide participants with information on Study Abroad and Study-in-America. It will address both programs in terms of 1) their value for the university, faculty, and students; 2) the process to initiate programs (proposal, timeline, and approval); 3) the role of the faculty leader; 4) services provided by both offices; and, 5) seed grants for new faculty-led programs. Faculty guests will describe their programs. The speakers will be available after the workshop for individual consultation.
This workshop will address the university’s stated mission and shared value of promoting a diverse student body and inclusive campus community.
