The dissertation writing process is exciting and rewarding! But let’s face it: successfully writing a dissertation involves intentional time management, many steps, and several drafts and revisions. There are times when the words will easily flow and other times where students might feel stuck. What are some effective strategies for getting words on the page? In this workshop, Writing Center staff, an expert faculty mentor to doctoral students, and a recent Texas State doctoral alum will share tips and strategies for making progress in writing the dissertation. All dissertation students at any stage of the dissertation process are welcome! Please email Dr. Patti Giuffre (pg07@txstate.edu) with your main questions for the panel before February 20th. You will also be able to ask questions during the Q & A.
Presenters:
