Description:

Stretched too thin? Anyone in grad school knows that when it comes to work-life balance the struggle is a little too real. We tend be very achievement oriented, have high expectations of ourselves, and say β€œyes” to more than we really have time for. The stress, over commitment, and inability to attend to all of the important parts of our life are only exacerbated by our academic demands. Despite it being challenging, it is possible. This Shop Talks session will focus on strategies to help you better manage the expectations and requirements of graduate school.
