Quality Matters is a leader in quality assurance for online education and has received national recognition for its peer-based approach to continuous improvement in online education and student learning. Texas State instructors who teach online or hybrid courses are required to complete a professional development program, and these approved Quality Matters workshops are accepted for this requirement.
Training will occur in JCK 623 on Thursday, January 12, 2017 and Friday, January 13, 2017. Seating for each session is limited to 20 participants, and cancellations are not accepted.
Participants should select one of the two options:
Thursday, January 12, 2017, Afternoon Workshop, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Improving Your Online Course
Friday, January 13, 2017, Morning Workshop, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Designing Your Online Course
