The Writing Center and The Graduate College have collaborated to present Thesis and Dissertation Boot Camp. Attendees will meet graduate students from various programs, participate in workshops, and have a supportive environment to work on their theses or dissertations. Each installment of this four-week series will cover a different topic including the parts of a thesis/dissertation, getting started, scholarly writing, formatting, editing/revising, and common grammar concerns. If you need help with one of these topics or just want to learn more about research writing, come to the Writing Center and be a part of the Thesis and Dissertation Boot Camp. We welcome attendees at all stages of the thesis/dissertation process. You are encouraged to bring in your thesis/dissertation materials, notebooks, and a laptop (if possible) as we will have time dedicated to writing.
