Description:

Quality Matters is a leader in quality assurance for online education and has received national recognition for its peer-based approach to continuous improvement in online education and student learning.
Texas State instructors who teach online or hybrid courses are required to complete a professional development program and Quality Matters is accepted for this requirement.

Training will occur in JCK 623 on campus on Friday, April 25, 2015 and participants should select one of the two options. Seating for each session is limited to 20 participants and cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations that result in unfilled seats will incur a $250 fee, to be charged to the instructor's academic unit.

Morning Workshop, 8:00 – 12:00: Improving Your Online Course
Afternoon Workshop, 12:30 – 4:30: Designing Your Online Course
