FY27 Research Enhancement Program

Topic Details

Description:

Through a peer review process, the Research Enhancement Program (REP) provides funding for research and creative activities by faculty in all disciplines. The REP has been aligned with the Run to R1 and is reflected in this year’s total available funding of $900,000 which is double the previous cycles. Funding for the REP is allocated to the academic colleges via a proportional model based on each college’s percentage of the total requested amount of funding across the university. The program guidelines, college scoring rubrics, and other programmatic information are available on the REP webpage.

Completed REP applications must be submitted via the online submission system before 5:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, October 7, 2027. Submissions after 5 p.m. CST will not be accepted by the system. A tutorial for submitting applications through the online system can be downloaded from the REP webpage. navigation bar.

Interested faculty are encouraged to attend an REP overview workshop on September 17 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. via Zoom. Faculty can register for the event through Signup:
