Fall 2025 PDU | Different Learning Styles

Topic Details

Description:

How to Deal with Different Learning Styles

Effective communication is essential for managers and leaders. The ability to clearly convey information to staff, clients, customers, and vendors can significantly impact productivity and relationships. However, communication becomes more complex when individuals have different learning styles. Understanding and adapting to these learning preferences—whether visual, auditory, reading/writing, or kinesthetic—can dramatically improve the effectiveness of your message. In this session, we will explore how to identify different learning styles and tailor your communication strategies to engage and connect with each one effectively.
