- See examples of appropriate and inappropriate data use, aligned with Texas State’s data privacy classifications
TXST Applications (1 hr.)
- Streamline performance reporting with SMART goals aligned with TXST’s mission and strategic objectives
- Create JAFs and job postings
- Plan events and projects leveraging AI to outline logistics, draft communications, generate checklists, and structure timelines
Communications (1 hr.)
- Draft professional emails and communications with AI
- Write and organize reports, summarizing findings, and producing clear documentation
- Summarize meeting notes and extract action items
- Create training outlines and supporting materials
- Analyze and compare datasets and spreadsheets using AI tools
