The Management Challenge by Abilitie is an engaging, hands-on program designed to develop essential management skills through realistic business simulations. In this interactive experience, participants will collaborate in teams to tackle complex challenges, make strategic decisions, and manage resources all while receiving real-time feedback. Perfect for graduate school students and emerging leaders, the objectives of this program are to enhance the participants’ ability to communicate and lead effectively in managerial roles, identify employee motivators and skill sets, navigate critical employee conversations, and practice giving effective feedback and coaching. By focusing on these key competencies, we empower future leaders to inspire their teams and drive organizational success in today’s competitive landscape.
