Speaker Biography
Robert (Bob) Giacalone , Ph.D. is the Fields Chair in Ethics and Corporate Responsibility at the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University. Bob has taught a range of behavioral courses from business ethics to organizational behavior/human resource management, and international management—and has taught at the undergraduate, Masters and doctoral levels.

Bob has edited several book series, been Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Management, Spirituality, and Religion, and editor of several special journal issues. He has edited/authored 10 books and over 140 articles on business ethics, social responsibility and values, impression management, and exit interviewing. His articles have appeared in many different journals focused on research and pedagogy; he has over 30 publications on the Financial Times-50 list.

Bob has had consulting roles with large organizations in different sectors, including the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, PERSEREC (a security division of the U.S. Department of Defense), FBI, Dominion Energy, Battelle, and the Federal Reserve Bank.
