The Information Security Office (ISO) offers security services to TSPs and other admins. Services like vulnerability scans, security assessments of software and hardware, firewall exceptions, and third-party network access those who manage or administer information systems on the TXST network. Each of these forms have different requirements and often involve overlapping processes with other business units. In this class we will cover each security service offered and discuss the workflow so that TSPs can be better prepared to effectively request services from the ISO.
