Description:

YuJa is Texas State University's video content management system. Participants of this workshop will gain a better understanding of the tools and features available to you in this new system.

Participants will learn how to:
- Access from URL
- Navigate around the software
- Understand My Media/Shared Media
- Upload content
- Use basic features of the Video Editor
- Experience YuJa's unique Video Player
- Use YuJa's Browser Capture software
- Request and Edit Captions
- Share videos and file permissions
- Post into Canvas
- Share/Post Direct Links
- How to access YuJa support

Note: This workshop is only open to Faculty and Staff, and may be cancelled if fewer than 5 people register.
In an effort to go green, we are not providing printed training materials for this workshop.

Online Sessions will be conducted online using the Zoom application. A Zoom Pro account is provided free of charge for current faculty, staff, and students. Prior to class, participants will be sent a meeting invitation via email which will include additional instructions on how to download and setup Zoom. Participants will join the meeting from a quiet space of their choosing. A computer or mobile device with an internet connection, speakers/headphones, and microphone are required to join. A webcam is not required to attend this workshop, but is necessary to use the full features of Zoom.
