As graduate students, school demands can sometimes lead to sacrificing balanced nutrition. Too often, take-out and convenience meals become the norm and can contribute to a decline in our nutrient intake, overall energy, and well-being. During this interactive cooking class, fellow graduate students from the master’s in human nutrition program will prepare easy, healthy appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages for students on the go. Join us to enjoy great food, chat with other graduate students, listen to good music, and more!
This event is supported in part by Bobcat Bounty, Texas State University's student-led food pantry. In-person attendees who confirm their attendance through RSVP will receive a grocery bag distribution to take home.
