During this workshop, Dr. Shetay Ashford-Hanserd will provide an overview of the NSF CAREER program and guidance from the agency on the submission process. She will also share her personal CAREER journey and how she seamlessly integrated aspects of her teaching and research, which is one of the most critical components of a CAREER proposal. Finally, she will offer advice on how she bolstered her qualitative research agenda to yield a successful CAREER proposal.
