Congratulations on your outstanding academic performance at Texas State University! During the ceremony, in-person attendees will come forward to be recognized for their achievement. Awards certificates will be presented at the Liberal Arts Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in LBJSC Teaching Theater (4-16.1).
Due to room capacity, we can only confirm 180 people for in-person registration. Once we reach the max of 180, all other in-person requests will be converted to online/virtual attendance registrations. Only students with confirmed in-person registrations will be admitted into the event room. All in-person attendees will be assigned a QR code unique to their names for contact tracing. Please note that you will need to arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the ceremony to sign in at the table in the lobby. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, including any respiratory symptoms, or if you are feeling unwell in any way, you should not attend the event.
Accommodation requests should be made at least 72 hours in advance of the program start time to ensure availability.
