Salary Budgets training is for users who are responsible for tracking and reconciling salary and salary-related actions for their organizations. This 3-hour workshop will help you fine-tune your skills with the most commonly used salary reports and introduce you to some you may not have tried. The reports covered include:
• ZFM_SAL_RECON - Salary Reconciliation Report
• ZFISALFRINGE - Salary Fringe Report
• ZPSBRPT - Position & Salary Report
• PA20 - Display HR Master Data
• PO13D - Display Position
Some reports function only in the budget development (BP2) system of SAP. You’ll need to verify your budget-development security access with ITAC or contact the Budget Office for assistance to get it. To participate in this workshop you must have access to both budget and salary data in SAP.
Make sure you know your current BP2 password—it's not necessarily the same as your regular SAP password!

All workshops are held in a computer lab and include hands-on activities using your accounts. Be sure you have the necessary levels of access to SAP and know your account numbers!
Walk-ins are welcome to any session unless all seats are filled by registrants—you may want to call us at 245-2376 to learn the status of a workshop before you show up.
