Description:

The Distance Learning Platform (DLP) classroom technology includes the Zoom platform (Zoom Room) which is perfect for hybrid, in person, or complete remote instruction. The DLP2 classroom technology are made up of cameras, microphones, a digital whiteboard, and multiple displays.

This workshop is designed to give a hands-on experience as to how the DLP2 classroom technology functions. This workshop is for faculty who are new to teaching in a DLP2 classroom or would like to review system usage basics.

Course Requirements:
- Bring your own device if planning on using it when teaching your class.

Who Should Attend:
- Faculty teaching in DLP2 Classrooms in:
- McCoy 105, 125, 222, 223, 225, 241, 335, 337
- Derrick 333

Important note:
- If you are teaching in a DLP1 classroom (McCoy 224, all Avery DLP rooms, Derrick 235/325, Encino 204, Flowers G06B), please sign up for a date in the Connecting Classrooms with Distance Learning Platform (DLP1) workshop.
- The listed workshop time is 60 minutes. However, additional time after the workshop will be available to participants who would like hands-on time to use the system and try personal situations.
