Winter Retention Update & Staff Appreciation

Times: Gold Session: 8:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.
Maroon Session: 1:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m.
* Staff working on Remote Work Agreements & Modifications may do the drive thru event to pick up items from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Student Recreation Center
No walk ups allowed.
Staff will be able walk along the Winter Wonderland Lane sharing in the successes of the division throughout the fall as well as pick up items of appreciation. There will be an opportunity to join in our Service Projects as well. Door prizes will also be available for those participating at the Student Recreation Center or the Drive Thru event.
Service Projects
This year the Division of Student Affairs will offer two opportunities for your to serve our community.
***Toys, Books, Puzzles and more Drive benefitting Division of Student Affairs Classified Custodial Staff
Bring toys, books, puzzles and other educational items to be distributed to our own Bobcat families.
All additional items will be donated to a local non-profit.
***Food Drive of non-perishable food for the Hays County Food Bank
Bring with you
• Make your own name tag
• Door Prize tickets – 4 per staff member (Write your name on quarter sheet size paper. A list of door prizes will be provided to departments by December 14.)
• Staff must wear mask to participate in the program
Drive Thru staff should plan to drive in the parking lot next to Family and Consumer Science to prevent a back up on College Street.
