Mediaflo is the university's online media management system which allows you to create, upload and distribute media to others. Upload your videos to Mediaflo and easily embed them to your Canvas course!

Participants will learn how to:
- Upload content into Mediaflo
- Record and upload content using Anthem, Zoom, or Ensemble
- Manage Mediaflo library
- Share Mediaflo content
- Embed Mediaflo content in Canvas
- Add annotations and links
- Create quizzes on videos
- Create and trim media to create playlists
- Set up a "Dropbox" to allow others to add media to your library
- Work with Closed Captioning options

Online Sessions will be conducted online using the Zoom application. A Zoom Pro account is provided free of charge for current faculty, staff, and students: https://doit.txstate.edu/services/online-meetings.

Prior to class, participants will be sent a meeting invitation via email which will include the Zoom link. Participants will join the meeting from a quiet space of their choosing. A computer or mobile device with an internet connection, speakers/headphones, and microphone are required to join. A webcam is not required to attend this workshop, but is necessary to use the full features of Zoom.
