Bio: Dr. Krishna Kisi an assistant professor of Construction Science and Management Program in the Department of Engineering Technology. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Tribhuvan University in Nepal, M.S. in Construction Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Ph.D. in Engineering (Construction Engineering and Management) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research area includes construction labor productivity, safety, construction education, and dispute resolution in engineering and construction. Dr. Kisi has published more than 23 peer-reviewed papers. He is a reviewer of more than 6 journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Kisi has taught over 14 different construction engineering and management courses in five years of teaching at two different universities. He is also an ACCE accreditation visiting team member.
Currently involved in AR/VR/MR uses in developing training modules for construction workers as well as teaching modules for STEM education. Besides, He will be focusing his construction labor productivity and safety research by exploring fNIRS, EEG, and XSENSOR devices.
