Combining Service-Learning with the studying abroad experience can truly craft a unique experience for your students. This workshop aims at presenting faculty a successful example of how the Florence and Amalfi Coast program offers students the opportunity to participate in volunteer projects while studying abroad. These projects aim to have students integrate in the local culture and practice the language in a real-life context as a way to enhance their international experience.
