Family Weekend is September 27-28. We need a team of event staff assistants to serve in various capacities to serve our 1,800 attendees. All staff assistants will receive a Family Weekend t-shirt to wear at your shift.
You will set-up the Welcome Dinner event by decorating dinner tables, setting up games and activities, placing directional signs around the building, etc. This shift does NOT work the actual event, which begins at 5:30pm.
