Description:

Learn how to use Outlook Calendars to be more efficient in your daily life. Calendar is the calendar and scheduling component of Outlook that is fully integrated with emails, contacts, and other features. By using the calendar, you can create appointments and events, organize meetings, view group schedules, and much more.

Participants will learn how to:
- Create Events and Appointments
- View Resource Availability
- Use Categories, Reminders, and Recurrence
- Share and Modify Calendar Permissions
- Open and Organize Shared Calendars

Note: This workshop is only open to Faculty and Staff, and may be cancelled if fewer than 5 people register.

Online Sessions will be conducted online using the Zoom application. A Zoom Pro account is provided free of charge for current faculty, staff, and students. Prior to class, participants will be sent a meeting invitation via email which will include additional instructions on how to download and setup Zoom. Participants will join the meeting from a quiet space of their choosing. A computer or mobile device with an internet connection, speakers/headphones, and microphone are required to join. A webcam is not required to attend this workshop, but is necessary to use the full features of Zoom.
