Family Weekend is September 27-28. We need a team of event staff assistants to serve in various capacities to serve our 1,800 attendees. All staff assistants will receive a Family Weekend t-shirt to wear at your shift.
At Check-In, staff assistants will check-in families who pre-purchased tickets, prepare welcome bags with t-shirts and maps, and direct attendees to the day's events. Shifts overlap by 30 minutes to allow for peer-to-peer training.
On Friday check-in is located in the Student Recreation Center
On Saturday check-in is located at the Outdoor Center in Sewell Park
