The PIM system is designed to assist Texas State University faculty in maintaining an innovative curriculum that equips our students with current knowledge and marketable skills. The system allows for program additions, changes, and deletions. Integrated with the online catalogs and the Degree Works degree planning software, PIM provides faculty a user friendly curriculum planning tool with online forms, manageable and automatic workflows, and tight integration with our student information system (SIS). Ensuring our curriculum is consistent and accurate with the catalogs, Degree Works and SIS is important for advising students and meeting accreditation guidelines.
