Overview:
This year's Family Weekend will occur Friday, October 5th - Saturday, October 6th. To make this program successful, we need your help! Event Staff Assistants are needed to serve in various capacities including working the check-in table, assisting with the Welcome Dinner and helping at the Family Weekend Picnic in Sewell Park. All event staff assistants will receive a Family Weekend t-shirt to wear throughout their shift. Please sign up if you are interested in assisting with our program!
Picnic Staff Assistant Overview:
Assistance is needed to welcome families, general questions and directions and clean-up.
Sessions:
Picnic Set-Up: Saturday: 12:00PM - 2:00PM
Picnic: Saturday: 1:30PM - 3:30PM
Picnic: Saturday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM
Picnic Clean-Up: Saturday: 4:30PM - 6:30PM
