Overview:
This year's Family Weekend will occur Friday, October 5th - Saturday, October 6th. To make this program successful, we need your help! Event Staff Assistants are needed to serve in various capacities including working the check-in table, assisting with the Welcome Dinner and helping at the Family Weekend Picnic in Sewell Park. All event staff assistants will receive a Family Weekend t-shirt to wear throughout their shift. Please sign up if you are interested in assisting with our program!
Check-In Staff Assistant Overview:
Assistance is needed at Registration to check families in, distribute promotional items, give directions and general assistance, and other assistance as needed
Sessions:
Check-in Set Up: Friday: 12:00PM - 2:00PM
Check-in: Friday: 1:30PM - 3:30PM
Check-in: Friday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM
Check-in: Friday: 4:30PM - 6:30PM
Check-in: Friday: 6:00PM - 8:00PM
Check-in and Clean Up: Friday: 7:30PM - 9:30PM
Check-in Set Up: Saturday: 12:00 PM - 2:00PM
Check-in: Saturday: 1:30PM - 3:30PM
Check-in and Clean Up: Saturday: 3:30PM - 5:00PM*
(*Actual shift will end around 5PM, differing from session end-time of 5:30PM.)
Location:
Family Weekend Check-in on Friday, October 5th will be held in the Student Rec Center.
Family Weekend Check-in on Saturday, October 6th will be held in the Sewell Park.
