Our goal is to make the annual Staff Awards Event a fun and enjoyable event that serves as a "job well done" for our hardworking staff. Your feedback has pointed out some issues we may be able to improve upon and we'd like to hear more of what you have to say!
We will be hosting a brief, 1-hour focus group to discuss your point of view on the format of the event, employee/team award nomination process, types of awards given, and more. The ideas generated by this group will help shape the recommendations made to ITS leadership for future events. We welcome and appreciate your participation in this conversation.
