Counseling Center will offer a Mental "Turn-up" workshop. This will be a round table discussion with Q and A, regarding how to prepare mentally for the study abroad experience; dealing with anxiety related to traveling abroad and experiencing a different culture (cultural shock). Identifying their strengths; self-care activities and support.
