Topic Details

Topic:
Phishing and Cybercrime
Description:

We all know that phishing is a problem, but knowing is only half the battle. The rest of the fight is won by knowing how to spot and respond to phishing, how to avoid getting hooked, and what to do if you fall victim to a phishing attack.

In this course we will cover what phishing is, what it looks like and how to spot it, and what to do once you've caught one. We'll explore how it relates to cybercrime and how this pervasive threat affects people around the globe. Go with us on an in depth look at one of the modern world's most prevalent and slippery problems.

This class will count for IRE level 2 education.
