Emerging initiatives related to textbook affordability in higher education have brought Open Educational Resources (OER) into the spotlight, but working with OER materials also provides a unique and valuable opportunity for instructors to fine tune, update, and diversify their course content.
This workshop will share some available tools and resources to help with using, editing, and creating OER. It will focus on best practices for text files (including textbooks and other documents) and audiovisual files.
