Family Weekend is September 27-28. We need a team of event staff assistants to serve in various capacities to serve our 1,800 attendees. All staff assistants will receive a Family Weekend t-shirt to wear at your shift.
You will be setting up the check-in area for Family Weekend. This will include moving boxes of check-in packets and t-shirts to the tables, assembling check-in bags with print materials and t-shirts, and setting up the check-in packets and rosters.
On Friday the check-in set-up is in Student Recreation Center
On Saturday the check-in set-up is at the Outdoor Center in Sewell Paek
