Family Weekend is September 27-28. We need a team of event staff assistants to serve in various capacities to serve our 1,800 attendees. All staff assistants will receive a Family Weekend t-shirt to wear at your shift.
At the Welcome Dinner, staff assistants will greet families at the meal line, hole punch badges at the meal entrance, monitor games & activities throughout the rec center, and assist with resetting meal tables as guests come and go during the event. Shifts overlap by 30 minutes to allow for peer-to-peer training.
