Description:

This workshop will address information that will help faculty mentor graduate students, including resources and strategies designed to support faculty in recruitment and retention. It will provide faculty with best practices in managing challenges often encountered in student engagement and success, including how to have difficult conversations that lead to a productive outcome for both parties. The speakers will be available after the workshop for continued discussion and individual consultation.
This workshop supports the university’s goal to promote the success of all students.
