Event Description:
An interactive conversation that provides a high-level introduction of how to spot the signs of a toxic workplace and basic tools you can use to heal or prevent a toxic workplace.
- Participants will:
1. Learn three most likely causes of a toxic workplace
2. Explore their role in creating or healing a toxic workplace
3. Gain practical insights and tools to recognize and prevent/address destructive behaviors that create a toxic environment
Speaker Bio:
Dr. Randy Coats is the founder of the Coats Leadership Group and President of the San Antonio Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. He is an accomplished leader and executive coach with over 35 years of experience across the military, government, and business sectors. His career spans three continents and five countries, and he is known for empowering leaders and teams to achieve clarity, growth, and positive change. After distinguished careers as a military officer and civil service executive, Dr. Coats now dedicates himself full-time to coaching, consulting, and speaking on leadership, strategy, and organizational culture.
