Event Summary/Description:
Working inside complex software systems and the human mess that surrounds them. Jodi will share her experiences teaching collaboration as a design problem, not a personality trait. Expect practical tools, honest conversations, and ideas you can use immediately.

Speaker Bio:
Jodi Cutler began her career in early-stage startups during the formative years of the internet, building software when the rules were still being written. She later spent over 15 years at IBM, shaping and teaching Enterprise Design to drive large-scale organizational change. Today, she leads digital design at H E B, applying collaboration as a designed discipline inside one of the most complex retail systems in the U.S.
