(This is an exclusive event for McCoy College of Business Graduate Students.)
We were taught what to do, but rarely how to believe we can do it.
This session explores the neuroscience of self-efficacy, the core belief that determines how we approach challenges, goals, and relationships. Through the three pillars of Self-Efficacy: Figure Out-ability, Resilience, and Empiricism, students learn how to turn uncertainty into confidence, setbacks into feedback, and self-doubt into growth.
