BIO:
Kalpashree Gupta is a former product leader at Zelle and American Express, helping women in product navigate their next promotion without burning out.
With nearly 20 years of experience, including leadership roles in Fortune 100 organizations, Kalpa works with high-performing women to navigate promotion, visibility, and career growth without burning out or compromising their values. Her approach blends strategic career growth with sustainable high performance, informed by her lived experience navigating leadership, burnout, and healing from childhood sexual abuse.
Kalpa is the Founder and CEO of Knekxt Group and a Certified High Performance Coach. She holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a Master of Science in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU. She is also a published author of the Amazon bestselling multi-author book, “Going Places: Soul-Stirring Essays About the Travel That Changed Us.
