BIO:
Kalpashree Gupta is a coach, public speaker, and author who partners with high-achieving women—from mid-career leaders to C-suite executives—to align their inner confidence with their external success.
With 20 years of experience, including executive roles within Fortune 100 companies, Kalpa understands the struggle with self-doubt and burnout firsthand. After grappling with her own challenges, she quit corporate life to pursue conscious entrepreneurship. Kalpa experienced childhood sexual abuse, and her vision for this world is to transform and heal so billions of people can reclaim their personal power, use their voice, and create a kinder world.
