Speaker: Eric Anderson
Topic description:
Come, Participate and Learn How to Build High Performing Teams and People Through a Powerful Practical Application Process

We know it can feel like an insurmountable mountain to climb but it doesn’t have to. It’s pretty simple but few know how to do it effectively. So many leaders lack the skills and know how to show up unconventionally and in a way that makes the most of performance and connection.
Learn tangible steps for how to engage with your staff to make the most of their performance in a way that aligns to their values. Imagine if you could cultivate an environment where accountability, feedback, shared responsibility, duty, values, and voices were taken into account and PRACTICED regularly. What if you had something to point to as a tool when things feel beneath the expectation to bring people back on track. Psychological safety is more than a popular marketing word, but few people know how to create it. The good news is you don’t have to do it alone and it’s best to do WITH your team. We will help show you how and you will be in break out groups to try things out and practice.
