Victoria Roberts Drogin, Esq. is currently a member of the full-time Faculty at the Mercy College School of Business. She teaches Organizational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Personal Branding, Principles of Management, and Business Communications in the Graduate and Undergraduate programs, and has built original course curricula to maximize and standardize courses in these programs. She is the founder and Executive Director of the Institute for Women’s Leadership and has created a professional coaching program for the Business Honors program. She created the Business Professional Cohort to support first year declared business majors in developing and achieving their career goals.
