Faculty teaching courses in academic programs and general education annually assess student learning outcomes in an effort to continually improve processes and learning. Many outcomes, and particularly results, no longer provide useful information to guide improvements. Therefore, the purpose of this workshop is to provide tips for re-examining outcomes assessment strategies, examples of successful processes, and suggest means for improving assessment.
