This interactive workshop introduces participants to a range of learner-centered, inquiry-focused, and constructivist teaching and learning activities and strategies that contribute to an engaging learning environment. Participants will consider contemporary frameworks of student learning and what it means to truly learn in the context of their respective disciplines. Participants will leave with tangible teaching strategies to put into practice as well as ideas for restructuring assignments in their courses to facilitate student learning.
