Description:

Quality Matters is a leader in quality assurance for online education and has received national recognition for its peer-based approach to continuous improvement in online education and student learning. Texas State instructors who teach online or hybrid courses are required to complete a professional development program, and this approved Quality Matters workshop is accepted for this requirement. This workshop is open to all Texas State faculty and staff.

Training will occur in UAC 424 on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, and Thursday, January 17, 2019. Seating for each session is limited to 20 participants. Only register for one of the sessions since the course on Thursday is a repeat of the course on Wednesday. Lunch will be provided on each workshop day.

If you reserve a seat for one of these workshops and subsequently cancel, please notify the Office of Distance and Extended Learning at distanceed@txstate.edu.
