Session Goals:
1. provide a brief overview of information literacy learning objectives.
2. provide a brief overview of technical literacy learning objectives.
3. provide a brief overview of OER.
4. discuss how OER materials may be used by students to develop IL and TL skills.
5. provide a blueprint for scaffolded assignments and rubrics which allow for students to develop IL skills, develop TL skills, access, evaluate, apply, and compile OER materials using newly acquired or developing IL and TL skills.
