Developing an academic area of expertise requires integration of various research, teaching, and service activities into a coherent narrative that summarizes an array of scholarly experiences. Dr. Villagran will discuss "the triangle," a very simple decision aid that can be used to help shape your professional identity and achieve your professional goals. Participants will be encouraged to draft your own "triangle" and to receive feedback from Dr. Villagran and your faculty peers.
