Overview:
This year's Family Weekend will occur Friday, October 5th - Saturday, October 6th. To make this program successful, we need your help! Event Staff Assistants are needed to serve in various capacities including working the check-in table, assisting with the Welcome Dinner and helping at the Family Weekend Picnic in Sewell Park. All event staff assistants will receive a Family Weekend t-shirt to wear throughout their shift. Please sign up if you are interested in assisting with our program!
Welcome Dinner Staff Assistants Overview:
Assistance is needed to welcome families, general clean up and resetting of tables, general directions and questions and set-up and clean-up.
Sessions:
Welcome Dinner Set-Up: Friday: 3:00PM – 5:00PM
Welcome Dinner: Friday: 5:00PM - 7:00PM
Welcome Dinner: Friday: 6:30PM - 8:30PM
Welcome Dinner Clean-Up: Friday: 8:00PM - 9:30PM*
(*Actual shift will end around 9:30PM, differing from session end-time of 10:00PM.)
